The company was formed in 1987 by Henry Broussard as a sole
proprietorship to offer various financial services to the individuals and
small businesses.
Under his leadership the company has provided bookkeeping services to
small businesses in a wide variety of professions as well as tax
preparation for those companies and individuals.
Busy B's Financial Services endeavors to provide competent
personalized service and attention to each and every client. The office is
open year around to assist clients in all the areas identified herein.
Since the company is family owned and operated, clients do not have to
fear that their contact person will leave, causing their account to be
handed to a stranger. Mr. Broussard is assisted on a daily basis by
Patricia Broussard, his wife and Patti Richardson, his
daughter, making this team seriously interested in achieving the results
required by its clients.

THE TEAM
Henry Broussard, founder and President of the company has worked in
the financial industry since 1966. Also, has over 20 years experience in
preparing income tax returns. Having successfully completed an IRS
examination, Henry is enrolled to practice before the IRS, a member of the
National Association of Enrolled Agents as well as National Society of Tax
Professionals, National Society of Public Accountants and National
Association of Securities Dealers. In addition, he is licensed by the
State of California as a Real Estate Broker, Life Insurance Agent and a
Variable Contracts Agent. In addition, Henry continues to attend
formal classes to keep up to date on regulation changes.
Patricia Broussard, Senior vice President, has over 20 years
bookkeeping experience with major companies and has been with this company
since 1989. In addition to her bookkeeping background, Pat served in
various capacities in the banking industry and completed tax preparation
courses enhancing her value to our clients. She handles bookkeeping
and payroll reporting for all our client's quarterly and year end reports.
Patti Richardson, Vice President, has been with the company since
1990. Patti also has an extensive background in bookkeeping and banking.
Presently she is attending a class schedule to enable her to obtain the
Enrolled Agent status in the near future. Patti handles all daily
operation of payroll processing and bookkeeping for over 200 clients.
